By requesting a sitting, paying a deposit, or sending a sample log, you accept these terms. If you book on behalf of a broadcaster, venue, or desk, you confirm you have authority to bind that room.
The work
We provide time-limited sittings and commissioned paper as described on the briefing and rates pages. We do not sell software, overnight watching, or a right to reproduce our boards for sale. Sample logs remain yours. Boards and after-notes are licensed to the commissioning room for use on its walls and in its internal files. They may not be resold or published as our work without written consent.
Your materials
You warrant that you may share the figures you send and that they do not include passwords, personal identity numbers, or audience lists we did not ask for. We may refuse a sitting if the log cannot be read without such material.
Liability
Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting. We are not responsible for a stream that fails after a briefing, for a door that miscounts, or for a gallery circuit we do not own. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud to the extent Georgian law forbids that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Tbilisi have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules in Georgia say otherwise.
Changes
