A weekly read-out is only sold after one live metrics briefing. We need a metric family that already has a board and a person who will turn up on Mondays with last week’s figures. Without that, the hour becomes a repeating first conversation.
Each sitting is forty-five minutes. We mark the same family: what moved, what repeated, what still has no cause. A thin after-note goes out the same afternoon. We do not add new families mid-block. If the stream changes shape, finish the four weeks and book a fresh briefing.
The block is four consecutive Mondays. Missed sittings without two working days’ notice are forfeit. We pause a block for a named public holiday in Georgia; we do not roll unused hours into a fifth week.
