The desk sells time in a room, not access to a machine. You arrive with the figures your stream already throws off: bitrate, buffer ratio, concurrent viewers, door scans, load on the outgoing encoder, lag between cue and picture. We read them with you, mark paper, and leave something that can hang beside the monitors.
Choose the flagship briefing if you need a first honest hour. Commission a board when the room already knows the story and wants it visible. Ask for a stream health review when you cannot tell which numbers deserve ink. Retain a weekly read-out only after one sitting has proved the rhythm.
