Write refund requests to info@sync-streamgrid.digital or telephone +995 32 555 1920. Name the sitting, the date, and the payment reference. We reply within five working days.
Briefings and reviews
A live metrics briefing or stream health review cancelled in writing more than two working days before the slot receives a full refund of sums paid, minus any bank fee we cannot recover. Cancellation inside two working days, or a no-show, forfeits the 30 percent deposit. The remainder, if already paid, is returned. If we have already begun the pre-read, we may keep a fair portion of the fee equal to hours already spent, written on the reply.
If we cancel the slot, you receive a full refund or a new date, at your choice.
Boards
Commissioned visualization boards are drawn to a named night. If you cancel before ink starts, the deposit is returned minus paper already cut. Once drawing has started, the deposit is non-refundable; unused extra copies are refunded. Finished boards collected or couriered in Tbilisi are not refundable because they are made for your room. If a board is lost in a city courier we hired, we redraw once at our cost or refund the board fee.
Weekly read-outs
Four-week blocks paid in advance: unused Mondays cancelled with two working days’ notice are refunded pro rata. Mondays missed without notice are forfeit. We do not refund a block because the stream changed shape; finish the four weeks or end it in writing and forfeit remaining sittings without notice.
Work already started, materials, rescheduling
Pre-reads, half-drawn sheets, and cut A2 stock are materials of the sitting. We do not refund those items as if they were unused goods. Rescheduling with two working days’ notice is allowed once per booking at no charge; a second move is treated as a cancellation of the original slot.
Method and timing
Refunds go back by the same method as the payment where the bank allows, otherwise by transfer to the account on the invoice. Allow up to ten working days after we accept the request. We do not offer store credit, subscriptions, or refunds for work we never sold: there is no software licence, no shipped product catalogue, and no recorded course on this desk.
