What we collect and why
From the contact form: name, email, the sitting you named, an optional date, and your message. From a booking: sample logs, after-note drafts, invoices, and the names of people who will sit. We use these to reply, to run the sitting, to draw boards, and to keep accounts required in Georgia.
We do not buy lists. We do not use your log to market other rooms.
Retention
Enquiry mail that does not become a booking is kept for twelve months, then deleted. Booking files, invoices, and copies of boards we drew are kept for six years to meet tax and dispute needs in Georgia, then destroyed or anonymised. Sample logs that contain live operational figures are kept only as long as the commission requires, then returned or destroyed at your written request after the sitting.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, object to some uses, or ask for deletion where Georgian and applicable European rules allow. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
International transfers
The desk works in Tbilisi. If a client outside Georgia sends a log, that log is read here. If an email or hosting provider stores mail outside Georgia, we rely on that provider’s contractual safeguards and will tell you if a sitting cannot proceed without such a transfer.

Pages may record a cookie preference as described in the cookie notice. Server logs of visits, if kept by the host, are used only to keep the site standing.
