How the desk charges
Prices follow the sitting, not a ladder of packages. Figures below are starting points in Georgian lari; travel, rush ink, and extra copies are written on the estimate.
Estimates depend on whether we sit at Level 7, 43 Pekini Street, Tbilisi 0160 or in your control room, how messy the sample log is, and whether the after-note must be bilingual. We do not publish a menu of monthly access. There is nothing to subscribe to.
A deposit of 30 percent holds a briefing slot or a board commission. The remainder is due when the boards or the letter leave the desk. Weekly blocks are paid before the first Monday.
If a sitting overruns because the room brings a second metric family, we stop at ninety minutes and quote a second briefing. We do not pad the hour with a tour of other work.
Ninety minutes at Pekini Street. On-site in Tbilisi adds travel time. Includes two A2 boards within three working days and a one-page after-note.
From 480 GEL
One named night, one metric family. Extra copies for a second room are 90 GEL each. Rush finish inside twenty-four hours is quoted only if the log is already complete.
From 320 GEL per sheet
Written letter plus a thirty-minute call. No boards. If the log has no timestamps we stop and return the fee minus the hours already spent reading it.
From 260 GEL
Sold only after a first briefing. Missed sittings without two working days’ notice are forfeit. Georgian public holidays pause the block; unused hours do not roll.
1,540 GEL per four Mondays
