Rooms keep numbers that once saved them. Encoder temperature mattered on a summer night when a rack fan failed. Chat rate mattered when a moderator was alone. Years later both figures still occupy glass, and neither one has changed a decision in months.
A stream health review is allowed to be unpopular. If a figure never moves when the picture fails, it does not belong on the board we would draw. If a figure moves constantly and nobody can say what they would do differently, it is noise. The missing measurement is usually a clocked load from a circuit the stream team does not own: a lighting breaker, a door, a second encoder that belongs to a vendor.
Taking a lamp off the wall is not a verdict on the person who loved it. It is a way to leave room for the three figures a relief shift can actually watch. If you want every lamp defended, do not book the letter.
